I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for everything you did for our family during such a difficult time.

Your kindness, compassion, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. From the very beginning, you treated us with such care and respect, which brought a great deal of comfort when we needed it most. Every detail was handled so thoughtfully, and it truly meant so much to us to know our dad was in such safe and capable hands.

You helped make an incredibly emotional time feel more manageable, and we are so grateful for the dignity and warmth you showed throughout. It will always be remembered and deeply appreciated by us all.

I really don’t know where to start with this review, 5 stars just doesn’t seem enough for the service we received and the amazing care the team gave my Aunty during her stay with them.

From the first meeting with Katie we knew she was in good hands, the warmth, compassion and genuine interest in my Aunty shown by Katie was so comforting at a difficult time. The service was arranged beautifully and Katie went above and beyond in helping to add those extra special touches.

Neil, Helen and the team took exceptional care of my Aunty and the funeral was truly beautiful she would have loved it.

Please don’t hesitate to trust your loved one to the care of A H Rogers you can be assured they will be so well cared for and treated with such dignity and compassion, exactly what you would want for someone you love. Unfortunately I have had a bit too much experience of arranging funerals for loved ones in the last couple of years and I can honestly say from my experience you will not be disappointed at all using A H Rogers.

A H Rogers provided a funeral which was everything we asked for and ran perfectly to order. Everyone has been so polite, caring, and very professional. The Order of Service is a wonderful keepsake and very cleverly created - a special thanks for this.

It has been a difficult year losing both my dear parents in the last 12 months, But I can't thank A N Rogers and co, enough for their considerable care and extreme efforts in dealing with the passing of a loved one, They are skilled, confident and put you at ease, I wouldn't hesitate in using this service again, if I had too.

More than a funeral service. Sarah & Team were empathetic and walked the journey with us every step of the way. Nothing was too much for Sarah and she explored our wishes and plans with precision, guiding and advising us to ensure the day was exactly as we wanted, and more importantly to deliver the wishes of my parents who sadly passed away within 24hrs of each other. From advice on the coffins, flowers, cortège, pall bearers, crematorium, celebrant, music, orders of service, urns and personal trinkets - Sarah gave her whole heart in ensuring everything was covered to our our liking.. I was stuck in traffic and Sarah waited after closing time for me and also hand delivered the ashes once they came back from the crematorium to my nieces address - AH Rogers is not just a business, it becomes part of your family and my Family would like to thank Sarah & the team from our hearts for the unparalleled service throughout a very difficult time for us. The care and understanding during the incredibly tragic and emotional shock of suddenly losing my daughter at a very early age, they showed incredible sensitivity and support, above and beyond simply providing a funeral service. More than that, during the extended period of dealing with the varied arrangements, they became family.

I must individually thank and recognise Katie, Helen, and Neil. I will be eternally in their debt, and Katie especially is a warm, caring, loving person who made this terrible time more bearable. She is a treasure.

Helen I had the Unfortunate of having to use you twice in the space of 9 months but what a delight you are I haved laughed and cried to you and you have been more than a service you have been more like a friend thanks for making the passing of nana and grandad that little bit easier and keeping the uptmost proffesional standards with both of them while offering little beautiful things like fingerprints and locks of hair to cherish forever you are truly the most beautiful human inside and out and this career was made for someone as kind and warm as you are you are a true assest to AH Rogers and i will always be greatful for every little detail or phone call check in you have offered me, Making sure Nana and grandads memory live on❤️
