Helen I had the Unfortunate of having to use you twice in the space of 9 months but what a delight you are I haved laughed and cried to you and you have been more than a service you have been more like a friend thanks for making the passing of nana and grandad that little bit easier and keeping the uptmost proffesional standards with both of them while offering little beautiful things like fingerprints and locks of hair to cherish forever you are truly the most beautiful human inside and out and this career was made for someone as kind and warm as you are you are a true assest to AH Rogers and i will always be greatful for every little detail or phone call check in you have offered me, Making sure Nana and grandads memory live on❤️

My family and myself experienced absolute professionalism and greatest empathy from Sarah Kester in our darkest times of the very sudden passing of our beloved Mum. Helen Craddock from A H Rogers and sons took me under her wing and made sure my dad's cremation went smoothly. Helen took control of everything for me that day and I can't thank her enough for being so lovely, reassuring and professional that day. Everyone that attended told me what a wonderful job they thought Helen did that day. Would definitely recommend.

I lost my dad Ron at the grand old age of 95! My father was an extraordinary man and by golly he had an extraordinary, wondrous, beautiful, happy, sad, bittersweet with tradition and faith and everything in between “Celebration of Life and Loss” (as I call it) Service!
From the moment I walked through the doors to the conclusion of services required and beyond, the services that AH Rogers and Associates have provided has been totally professional, but friendly with care, concern, consideration to every need and requirement I asked for so much so it has eased my grief and given me massive solace. Although my family have used A H Rogers for years this was the first time I had had to be involved in the organisation of a funeral.
Helen held my hand and led me through the process so compassionately and professionally. From the very first call the day after my mum died I knew Helen and the team would help us give her the service she deserved, without their support and guidance I really feel we would have been lost.
During the first meeting Helen immediately sensed our family dynamic, she really got our humour for which we will always be grateful as it made such a difficult time so much easier to deal with.
Helen connected us with a fantastic celebrant and made sure despite certain challenges that everything she could effect went fantastically well. Despite our never-ending calls nothing was ever too much trouble and they led us through the process amazingly.
My Brother, Father and I will always be grateful, however we hope we don’t see them all too soon. THANK YOU to all involved.

The service my family received from A H Rogers and Sons, Shirley Branch, was excellent, without exception, all staff were wonderful. The main contact for our family was Sarah, she was compassionate and professional, and guided us through the very difficult task of arranging the funeral. On the day of the funeral, Helen led the funeral team, and took very good care of our family. She was so kind and caring, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to her and the team for all they did.
