Funeral Arranger Sarah Kester at AH Rogers in Shirley is always on hand to answer questions from an inquisitive schoolgirl who walks past every day with her mum and brothers.

Sarah was delighted to receive a poem which she promptly put in her front window for all to see.

“It is ok to be sad but enjoy the best moments with your loved ones, but you can be sad for as long as you like but remember if you lose one of your loved ones, they will always be in our heart so please remember this message.“
